The aluminium frame door is the right choice for building owners or modernisers who also place great value on a generous and elegant design for garage doors.
Aluminium frame doors are a good alternative to standard infilled sectional garage doors and are often used where more light is required in the garage or better ventilation is required in parking boxes of collective garages.
The combination of the aluminium frame and the extensive glazing ensures a harmonious door appearance and a high degree of transparency in the garage. The glazing sections are very robust thanks to the particularly scratch-resistant Duratec coating, which is only available from Hörmann.
For more design freedom, the aluminium frame of the door can be supplied in 15 preferred colours or RAL to choose. 42-mm-thick aluminium frames, coated in Traffic white (RAL 9016) as standard. You can choose between 11 different infill variants.
The ART 42 Thermo offers even higher thermal insulation requirements than standard, e.g. for garages that are directly connected to the house
