This recent installation in Norton Lindsey, Warwickshire is a great example of how a contemporary garage door can transform the appearance of a property.
After initially speaking to the customer at the Homebuilding & Renovating Show 2026, we discussed the options for replacing their existing garage door with a modern automated sectional door. The final choice was a Hörmann RenoMatic Sectional Garage Door, combining a minimalist matt black finish with the convenience of Hörmann's SupraMatic automation.
We supplied and installed a Hörmann RenoMatic sectional garage door, measuring 2250mm x 2000mm, with an M-Ribbed design and Hörmann's smooth Planar matt finish in Black.
The understated horizontal ribbing works particularly well with the simple brickwork of the garage, while the matt black finish gives the whole frontage a much sharper and more contemporary appearance.
For a particularly neat finish, we also installed colour matched black cover profiles, allowing the frame and surrounding trim to blend seamlessly with the new door.
