Hormann Renomatic
We recently completed this garage door transformation for a property in Chipping Campden, replacing the existing door with a contemporary Hörmann RenoMatic sectional garage door.
The customer initially wasn't sure which type of garage door would be the best replacement, so we talked through the different options and the benefits of choosing a sectional door. With a large opening of more than four metres wide, the RenoMatic offered an excellent combination of appearance, security, insulation and convenient automatic operation whilst also offering superb value for money.
The door features Hörmann's L-ribbed design with a Planar smooth finish, giving it a particularly clean and contemporary appearance. Finished in Anthracite Grey, it provides a striking contrast against the property's traditional Cotswold stonework.
Colour-matched cover profiles were also installed around the opening, helping to give the finished door a neat, coordinated appearance. As part of the preparation for the installation, treated timber was fitted within the reveals and finished with Anthracite Grey flat board to create a smart surround.
The door was paired with a Hörmann SupraMatic E4 garage door operator, providing fast and convenient automatic opening and closing. It also offers the facility to open and close the garage door using an app on a mobile phone.
